I am Kim Brouwer and the owner of Laurie's Design.
Laurie’s Design started in 2004 and received the name from the original owner, Laurie. I worked in the bridal industry for 14 years prior to buying Laurie’s Design and made the leap into the wedding decorating business in March 2010.
I am an Accredited Event Designer (AED) which has given me the knowledge, expertise and skills to build and operate a successful business in the wedding and event industry.

Our Location
Our studio is located in Raymond, Minnesota. Specializing in ceiling draping, custom backdrops, linens, centerpiece rental, and design. All of our work is based around design and installation where we create your vision. Known for our professionalism and attention to detail, Laurie’s Design will help you create the event of your dreams.
Wedding Planning & Special Events
All of our services and fees are fully customized. During the creative process, we take into consideration your date, theme, location, colors, guest count, and budget. We construct your original design and tear down once the event is concluded.
Based in West Central Minnesota, Laurie’s Design services a wide area of rural Minnesota. We will travel!
